Approval of April 26, 2025, HPCA Meeting Minutes: Barbara Cassidy made a motion to approve the meeting minutes; Dawn Bierlet seconded. Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report:

ONO questions or concerns regarding the treasurer's report. Greg Arena made a motion to approve the treasurer's report; Ron Bierlet seconded. Motion carried.

Website: Website is live — www.hackspoint.org. Minutes will be posted on the website. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourselves with the website.

Garden Club: No one in attendance

Social Committee update:

Community yard sale is May 3 1 st Please contact Suzanne Cordus to make arrangements to donate your treasures or to participate. Will need volunteers to help in the hall selling hotdogs, soda and working the tables. Pancake Breakfast June 22; Fourth of July celebration July 5 basket raffle donations should not exceed $100.00.

Current Ongoing Business:

o •Directory — still updating and verifying information; may be available m a couple of weeks; Barbara Cassidy suggested a PDF version based on the cost of printing it ($450.00) and make the PDF version available via email.

o •Three (3) trees need to be evaluated; at least two (2) trees are dead and need of removal; Need to obtain quotes from at least three (3) tree companies. A motion was made by Dawn Bierlet to spend up to $5000.00 on tree removal; Barbara Cassidy seconded. Motion carried.

o Swim platform posts reset; one broken post (under water) removed; one swim line post reset, Cost was $700.00

o 'Parkland signs are faded and need to be replaced. Need at least five (5) new signs; they are about S 70.00 each.

o 'Need caution signs placed on the parkland (end of Fairfield) in the area where the bank IS unstable —Ann will handle.

o 'Someone is still dumping at the end of Hack's Point Road. You can purchase yard waste bags at Home Depot and the Stemmer Run's transfer station will take them (unlimited bags). Please do not dump anywhere on the parkland or at the end of Hack's Point Road.

o 'Mosquito spraying should begin shortly. The spraying only kills adult mosquitos; it does not kill larvae.

Tim stated the community clean-up day will begin at 10:30 hours. Volunteers to meet at the beach. Lunch will be provided.
